PRIVACY
Your information,
with clear boundaries.
How this ETHEREN website and its partner account service handle information.
Public visitors and booking.
The public website explains services and links to the AI Massage Spa booking website. This build adds no marketing trackers or third-party fonts. Hosting providers may process technical request logs. Booking and payment information are handled by the booking provider under its own policies.
Partner accounts.
When the server account service is enabled, registration collects a name, email and password. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes; the password itself is not retained. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and expires automatically.
Business verification.
A partner application collects the store name, business address, business telephone, website or public listing, your role and your confirmation of authority to act for the store. Authorized ETHEREN administrators review these details to approve or decline access. Signing in alone does not approve a business account.
Access and records.
Business applications, their status and review notes are retained by the partner service until an authorized administrator deletes them. Session records expire. Review decisions are recorded for accountability. The partner service does not request customer health files, payment card data or personal identity-document uploads.
Your choices.
You can sign out, correct and resubmit your business information, or request access changes through your ETHEREN consultant. The operator should identify its privacy contact and confirm its operational retention policy before enabling account collection for outside business owners.
Preview and deployed service.
The public preview does not enable account collection. Registration, login and review become available when the included server account service is deployed on etheren.com. This page describes the implemented service and should be reviewed against the operator’s actual hosting and privacy practices.
